starting november i pushed up my reps on my press up program!!

october everyday i would do 40 press ups, rest 30sec then 30, 20 10
it was hard but i did it everyday in the month,
i stepped it to 50,40,30,20,10 which is 150 press ups, i could do it and i was so amazed, bring on december when the 60,50,40..............
i will be a pressw up master:thefinger:

i've been doing the same kind of thing, but instead of a 30 second break, i place my hands further apart from each other starting at marine until im in the wide grip position.
