when i was 16 before i left school i went for the pshyco test and out of 15 of us 5 of us passed (me passed). then medical and i weighed 59 KG, because i has severe sickness and shits a week before from a illness, the failed me of course. am 5" 10 and weigh 10 stone, obviously i can run fantastic and people often underestermate my physical strength when they are o'so wrong, i find it difficult o put on weight as i just burn it straight off, i get stronger and am bulking out but no dramatic weight increase why is this? sorry for blabbing on

YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE ANY POWDER OR PILLS ETC

a healthy diet doesnt consist of protein drinks and the rest...the only drinks u need to av are juices or good old water God blessed us with *text deleted* as for foods carbs, protein and red meats are all essential to eating right! these are the main nutritions targeted by Olympic Nutritionalists who contributed to the CTC meals
