Our nods in the sick bay with the trots. It seems they don't treat with immodium or similar. Is this the norm?

Thanks. He's having a mare trying to get rid of them so I thought last resort would be immodium. Sh1t or bust I guess

Better out than in is my policy. :)
As stated by Ninja, the person best placed to snap on the sterile gloves and give you an answer is @The guide when he spots this.

Yea. Usually it’s just a case of keep hydrated with Diauralyte and moniter. Taking a stool sample of the situation dictates.

To add to this, I’ve been advised a few time not to use immodium because we want the bug out, same with cough medicine, the cough brings the phlegm up and therefore brings the infection out

    Hi @Drumkit1 .
Hope your Nod is soon feeling lots better.
I've been told that Coca Cola (full sugar) can be really helpful as the sugar and caffeine will give him a bit of a boost and the bubbles should settle his stomach. Maybe one of his friends could get him some in the Naffy?
