Thigh injury...prmc on 21st!

Right I thought this little injury would have f'd off by now but it's been here for the past 2 weeks and hasn't got any better. It's like i've pulled my middle upper thigh and inner thigh next to the groin on my right leg.

It's not severe or anything and I can run fine, it's just afterwards the movement I make when I walk puts strain on it. The other big worry is sit ups on gym test 1, that's where the pain really comes in. Each sit up I do I get a short stabbing pain in my right thigh.

Should I just OD on painkillers when I'm down there? Are they allowed?

mate i would honestlyre book prmc *text deleted* u get beasted to F!!..and *text deleted* running up and down hills and all sorts..crawling!..

thanks for the advice ken but i went down anyway, it was ok. passed and got decent scores. but it's still here and i'm looking to start RT in january. any chance someone could give me advice on how to treat it so that i will be able to train again as soon as possible?
