Only hours before he offered advice to President Macron on how to fight the fire at Notre Dame Donald J. Trump personally resolved the Boeing 737 Max crisis. Comic genius.

They say that all good things come to those who wait, well, I’m 54 now and nothing good has happened to me yet.
Do any members know what the average waiting time is please!

An early 1970's school visit to see The Diary of Anne Frank at a theatre. When the Nazis burst onto the stage searching for Anne someone in the audience shouted "She's in the attic!"

From time to time questions pop up on the forum about which style of attire is recommended for the swim element of PRMC. In past years someone jokingly (I think) asked about the mankini.

Mankinis are so last year. This asymmetrical little number appeared on my FB page. The bloke's tat suggests that he might be a matelot.

What happens when someone attempts to make a helpful suggestion in a debate about the relative qualities of bamboo and plastic toothbrushes.

South African athlete Caster Semenya, who has been accused of being 'too male' to compete in women's events, has lost her appeal to the IAA. Her mother said in an interview that 'my daughter has worked really hard for her success. This decision is a real kick in the bollocks for her'

Wonder if they'll back date it and take the titles of those two fellas who win the tennis.

Watching TV news coverage of this story yesterday an image of Caster Semenya at a stadium sports event flashed up. The angle of the image obscured some of her surname making it appear as if the name spelled out in big capital letters on her vest was SEMEN.
A somewhat unfortunate choice of image in the circumstances.
