time to train??!

hey guys,
ive just passed my PJFT and i think i have my prmc in august.
i want to get extremely fit and strong, doing a cross-train and a run everyday, although i am really struggling with trying to get spare time to do it.i work 8-5.
i tried getting up real early for a week but i was sleeping by 9pm and the misses wasnt happy!i was just wondering how you guys get around this prob?

Time

I just do sit ups, press ups, squats etc in the morning.

Then go out for a run after work before tea, just think that even if you go out for a 6 miler its only *text deleted* be between 1 and 1.5 hours. If you finish at 5, home by 5.30 you are running by 6 home at 7.30 you still got about 3 hours to eat and watch St Trinians with the missus!

Then of course you got the weekends.
