Training block/ energy drain

hello again dudes, anyone relate to this?
Trainings been allright till this last few days, feel drained and getting tired too easy, actually slept in the afternoon today!!:huh:
Anyone know how to regain energy thats seemed to have p*text deleted**d off?

I have the same problem from time to time. Most people I know in the real world say its over training *at the moment im active 6/7 days a week, mainly gym work with some swimming and out door running*

To be honest *text deleted* found i tend to lack in my training when i lose sight of my goals and i dont feel im progressing fast enough... Your best bet is to concentrate on one thing for a day orso and work on it till you have a break through...say work on breaking your endurance running time or doing more push ups than you can normally. I find that the confidence boost from actually setting and reaching a goal of your own no matter how small is usually enough to break the cycle.

eat more carbs
