I don't know weather anyone does this or not but when i do this at basketball training:

Start on Baseline then run to foul line-10 pushups-back to baseline-run to half way-10 pushups-run back to base-run to other end foul line-10 pushups- back to base-run to base opposite end-10pushups-sprint back.

been doing this every week and have noticed that my pressups are getting better and quicker while being tired, i do marine style not like the others who do normal. Just thought other people might *text deleted* give it a try.

basically yes. The first time i did it i was fuked by the last suicide and soo slow on the press ups that i was last back and had to run round the court twice backwards which kills your thighs.

jus a quick question do ya have a break when you get to the half way point of your 3 miler?
