Whats your perfect training method for press ups?
i'm just wondering what people train to gain more reps on press ups




tonight i did this really hard thing at kick boxing, someone had pads and you had to punch a pad once then 1 press up then punch the pad twice then 2 press ups then 3 punches 3 press ups all away to 10 and back down to 0, then all away to 10 and back down to 0 i would reccomend it for everyone as it is GREAT cardio and muscular endurance work.

Doing some MMA training just there,

Lay into the heavybag while its hanging with combos, then sling it onto the floor, and mount ontop of it and lay into it (All of these till failure) then you get up grip the heavybag by the top and sling it into the air, once it lands you mount it give it a couple blows and repeat 5 times, then to round up 10 military presse's with a kettlebell
