Training plan not enough

Weekly plan at minute, what’s your thoughts ? always feel I’m not doing enough.


Monday- gainers, legs (squats, lunges etc)

Tuesday- gainers, swim

Wednesday 1.5 mile run, sprint intervals back(deadlifts, pull ups)

Thursday- gainers

Friday. - gainers, body weight circuit 1.5- 3 mile run

Saturday- rest

Sunday - long run 3-9 miles steady pace, gym tests, swim late Evening.

Anything you would change ? Cheers

Gym tests yes max apart from pull ups and running varies from 9.30-9.50, bleep test that gets me

If you’re improving it’s enough. If you’re at the max scores for body weight stuff then just do maintenance work on that and chuck in an extra sprint session per week
