I have just created a training programme for weights and it does work. for me it does anyway *text deleted*. If u want u can alter the weights to suit *text deleted* level of fitness. This is what I done anyway

1. start off with - 15 reps of 35 KG on normal incline on a bench press.
2. 10 reps of 35 KG on normal incline.
3. 10 reps of 35 KG on normal incline.

4. 3 sets of 15KG rows ( each arm )

5. 60 sit ups

6. 30 tricep dips.
7. 1 minute rest then 20 tricep dips.
8. another minute rest then 10 tricep dips.

9. 10 reps on incline on a benchpress at 30Kg.
10. repeat stage 9.
11. repeat stage 10.

12. 10 reps on bicep curls with 13KG
13. another 10 reps.
14. another 10 reps.

15. 30 press ups

16. 30 sit ups.

17. reapeat stages 12, 13 and 14.

18. 10 reps on normal incline on benchpress at 50KG
19. 5 reps on 40KG
20. another 5 reps on 40KG.

21. finish off with 2 sets of 5 pull ups.

You can do this at a gym or if u have the equipment at home you can also do it. I gave it a try and it does ware u out and once u progress just increase the reps and the weights.

Danny.

I might try this for a while, see if I get any improvements, because I'm not really getting any at the moment. Thanks :applaus:
