I'm sure I've read on here that you shouldn't train when you're ill (cold/flu). Can someone confirm that for me. As I've been off it for 5 days now and I'm starting to feel pretty low and un motivated as I'm worried I'll have lost everything I've worked for. Hopefully it'll come back quick enough once I'm training again.

Damn you man flu  :*text deleted*:

I'd rest if I was you mate. Does the body no good training when injured or not well. Having a bit of a break is supposed to be good now and again too! :D

Don't worry about losing fitness, you'll get anything you lost back quickly! 8)

Dont get ill.... get even!
I feel 99% perfect now  Felt better earlier so I went down to the gym, had a good hour session then went for a swim and then sat in the sauna for 20 minutes. Feel fine now, still a little snotty but I can still carry on with my training. 72 hours I went from feeling fine to feeling like shite and now I'm back to normal. Must be all the booze I had this weekend :*text deleted*:
