I'm sure I've read on here that you shouldn't train when you're ill (cold/flu). Can someone confirm that for me. As I've been off it for 5 days now and I'm starting to feel pretty low and un motivated as I'm worried I'll have lost everything I've worked for. Hopefully it'll come back quick enough once I'm training again.
