Woo only 5 days left!
However im having some doubts on passing, can hardly bang out many pressups these last few days and im proper tired.
I sure as hell hope im not feeling like this next week!

Give yourself plenty of rest buddy. I don't think there's any point in trying to make last minute gains this week - better to be fresh and injury free for next week I reckon..

I'm actually looking forward to next week - that'll probably change come tuesday morning though...

i cant wait to get down n get stuck in! just think this is what uv been workin for the last couple of months
