Should be going to the doc's with this but wanted to see if anyone had any methods of untrapping them. Got one at the minute in my left shoulder blade, pissing me off really as i can't do any press ups *text deleted* of the pain, pull ups are fine though. Anyway has anyone got any untrapping methods and anyone know why you get them?
