It's called 'Harden the *text deleted**text deleted* up' mate.

Nah just joking, your toes are just rubbing against your shoes, I get it along the arch of my foot after a long run. You could try wearing thicker pair of socks (or two). I have some anti blister socks that have one layer then a thin inner layer and are specially designed to keep moisture out, really good.

Although it is good to get used to it and harden the skin on your feet.

i dont think its anything to do with friction, i wear thick socks and there is no room for my feet to rub around inside my shoes, i think its under the skin... my feet are like sandpaper mate, im a dog waker so i walk for 8 hours a day, had bigger blisters than you can imagine, one time was walking around in the rain all day and my little toe pretty much turned into a blister, after that i decided it was time to buy some hiking shoes instead of wearing converse!

cheers though
