Hey

It's self explanitory really.

It's not TOO bad...actually it's swollen up quite abit.

I can't walk.

Like everything I'll just give it time.

It's just a shame that my training will be put on hold.

bad luck mate ...

its really demoralising when somethin like that happens innit? i did my foot in a while back, and thought i might have a "march fracture" from running. Turned out was just pulled ligaments or summink.

best thing to get it checked by doc, just to be sure, then rest! it makes u feel pretty sh*tty when *text deleted* not doin any training but remember that rest really is the only thing that will "help" u in *text deleted* long term goal!
