Twisted/sprained ankle

Anyone who has had/is having issues with their ankle, this is just something I did when I twisted mine a few days ago that really helped.

When I was running it was usually okay, but after that walking really hurt.

All I did was ice my ankle with frozen peas immediately after my run, with it also elevated above the level of my heart.

The next day I just took as a rest day, and then eased myself back into running the next day with an easy 2 mile run. No issues since then
