Type of training?

Hi guys

As a break from my usual routine, I tried this at the gym today:-

15 mins best effort on treadmill
15 mins best effort on cross trainer
15 mins best effort on bike
15mins best effort row

And then did another set

It was harsh! What sort of training would you class that as?

Feedback appreciated :)

By the way, by best effort, i mean as fast as possible. In case you didnt already know..:D

That's like a 'extra phys' but that was only 5% of how hard the Marines will beast you..
