Ugh, sickness!!

I was going to take my PJFT yesterday but I've been suffering with severe tonsillitis!! it sucks, i can't breathe or swallow!!

I'm having until Monday off training, going into it hard on Monday and should be taking it next Friday, hopefully.

You are absolutely right to defer your PJFT if unwell, rather than fail it.

Similarly if anyone is carrying a heavy cold and due to go on a PRMC, they should ask the AFCO to put it back rather than attend when unwell & missing an opportunity to pass.

Know how you feel bud I'm currently suffering from Tonsillitis and a pretty full on man cold *text deleted*, its really screwing up my training.

yep, sounds like what i've got as well. seems like i've got a chest infection as well. the doctor said its not... but i can hardly breathe.

I tried to bang out 5 sets of 20 press ups last night. I could only do 3 sets. Which isn't like me at all.
