Just getting back into the full swing of it. Labouring all day, training int he evening, should be fit in not time :P (fingers crossed XD)

Alright lads passed my aquaint day today and rang my AFCO. Looks like this could be my date : )

Alright buddy yeah the trainings not too bad just having a day off resting from my aquaint day but other than that if i stick to the stuff im doing i should be fine. I did quite well at aqauint day so it shows my trainings working.
How about you? keepin ya'self fit? No doubt when the day comes closer i will be *text deleted**text deleted*ting bricks *text deleted*

I'm getting nervous, not about the PRMC but getting down there! 4 trains to catch, 8 hours travel time :s I'm useless with trains *text deleted*

my AFCO gave me some train times, printed from the rail website...

but they were for the date of 27th may *text deleted*....not plannin to get there that early, no matter how much i want to be there!

maybe *text deleted* afco will give you details more towards the time ?



my trainings goin ok ta..
*text deleted* good times for the 1.5miles, pullups ok and situps are good, just dam pressups! only doin 40 *text deleted*!....still 2months left!

where bouts u chaps coming from ?

yeye im finding press ups quite hard to bang out compared to the others but in 2 months i should be fine and dandy.
Im coming from sunny old wolverhampton *text deleted* i think its *text deleted* take me like 5 hours to get down to lympstone. How about you mate?

I'm coming down from Lincoln.
I seem to be stuck at 35 press-ups (one go), haven't seen any improvement on them so I've started the 100 press-up guide, can do about 50 with pauses in the press-up position - probably too long a break for PRMC. Situps need some work too as I haven't done many in the past few weeks - work and everything. Pull-ups I can do 10 comfortably and 3 miler is 24 minutes :(
Will try a bleep test if I ever get a day to myself.

im coming from epsom, surrey.. i think ive got the shortest journey out of us 3!

i can manage 40 pressups, but im thinkin just keep practicin them all the time, i was thinkin bout that 100 pressups prog but i just ddnt get around to it..

idnt think im gna get time to do a bleep test b4 i go , i think i should tho!

my 1.5 miles best effort back is 9.44 *text deleted* , but i t could always be better!

im hoping ill be ready by the time it comes around, its getting nearer now tho!

thats outside , i do that after 1.5 miles at 12 mins 30..i still think i could improve tho, its just *text deleted* of my lazy ass and doin it *text deleted*

my 1.5m (pjft) on the treadmill was 9.33

hows *text deleted* running goin ?

6ams runs are a bitch *text deleted* but its doing the trick. 3.5 milers on monday wednesday and friday with 1.5 best effort back. then 5 miler on saturday or sunda. How did u do on your aquaint days?

pressups 41
situps 72
pullups 7

my best effort 1.5m was 9.56, (imprvoed since then tho)

we ddnt do the bleep test, so i nt sure on that one!

how did you do on it ??

Press ups - 45
Sit ups - 72
Pull ups - 9
Bleep test - 11.10
1.5 miler - 9.40

Which reserve unit did u do it at?
