    Hi
I have a question which i am veru confused about.
When Capita clears you fit for service and it is now time to go to uk for selection.
Does your Afco e-mails you an invitation letter from the RN to come the UK(a letter which help you get a visa without causing amh problem or denials at the embassy) or you just apply for a 6months visa to go the UK for selection without any invitation letter from the RN(at normal circumstances the UK emabassy will deny your visa because you dont have any proof of you going to the selection without a letter from the Royal navy

The advice is to get a six month employment visa.

The legal right to continued residency in the UK, prior to joining is the responsibility of the individual and not something the UK Armed Forces can offer advice or become involved with until an applicant meets the initial eligibility criteria to apply, successfully complete selection & after they enter recruit training.
