VPJFT training methods

I’m currently training for my VPJFT, at the moment i’m doing the Pjft every day and occasionally going to the gym doing all compound movements is there any other training i should be doing to see quicker results?

I dont think there is really. I did the vpjft Mon-Fri for 2 weeks and went from 2 sets to 4 so you should be fine too
