Now then fellas i became 1 more step closer to my dream today as i passed PJFT 1st attempt to be honest i found it quite easy. Been use to running in mph but did it in kph and it seemed to go alot faster best time ive eva done aswell 9.44 not brill but hey a pass. Blitz'd it at 8 mins was like a white version of Linford Christie then she said right you have 100m left i just dug down and found it and upped the pace to 19kph. She then said i dont want you to just stop after 2.4 gently slow down i thought christ but like someone on here says "winners never quit quitters never win" thanks for support guys.
