hey there, i would like to know whether weight training is worth including in my training - things like free-weights etc.
also if i were to include them is it best to do each session with a couple of muscle groups to target and change these each session.

dude use the search button, this has been covered litteraly hundreds of times. there is even a thread about it on the second page of this section!
