what should i be eating and when?

Right been to the career's office and everything looks good! now i want to build up my strength, running, cycling and swimming! but what should i be eating which will help with all these activeities, i don't want to be eating McDonalds and chocolate bars etc?

can anyone right me up a monday to friday rota? i get up at 7am each morning and go to bed around 11pm

any help would be most appreciated :sad:

PROTIEN! and... erm, fruit, veg, carbs (potatoes) AND STEAK, LOTS OF BIG MEATY STEAK :D
