What should I do? (Graded unfit)

hey so I got a letter from capita saying that they have rated me as P8 grading and that I’m unfit for service.

This is due to me have 2 courses of oral steroids prescribed between 09-10. I only used the 1st course and not then 2nd since it was only a precautionary prescription. I haven’t been prescribed them or used them since

Anyways I’m not *text deleted* stop here, I’m just curious would the army or para’s be able to accept me at all?
