what to do

my leg is strained next to the shin and my doctor says dont run for a week or two and do other arobic exersizes and then reintroduce running. what exersize can i do instead?

Alright mate - do non-impact exercises like the rowing machine, exercise bike or elliptical trainer. Basically anything which doesn't involve your legs having to support your full body weight

likewise i cant recommend rowing enough, i didnt realise how much of a hangout it can be if you work hard at it.

Yeh rowing is a killer, an awsome work out, also give swimming a go pal, an obvious one wich is great all round for fitness

cheers lads, plenty here to keep me going ! :rock: also what is the best way to use a rowing machine, as in what dificulty level and speed u should be doing it at . thanks.
