I have my POC in March n I'm just wondering if anyone else on here has completed it and if you have what can I expect?

Was there anything that surprised you when you went down or is there anything you struggled with even though you'd trained hard?!

I'm no expert but no matter how much you train, yeah it will make it easier, it will still be mentally and physically challenging

Howdie,
Not been to lympstone myself but there is a POC diary on here under the PRMC diaries section, might be useful to you. Good luck with your application :D

The feedback I've had from those attending Potential Officers Course is that some people frequently focus too hard on bulking-up their upper body & tend to neglect their CV fitness. Regular distance runs & swims seem to be the best all around preparation.
