Oh and something I wanted to ask, when you get the confirmation paperwork through, do you send off the passport sized photos then or does that bit come later?

I phoned up today for the 3rd of June PRMC and he said he'll have to bid for a place but he couldn't see that there was a 3rd of June PRMC and I might get one later in June =( I sure as hell hope I get this one though.

Ahh it looks like I won't make this one, the new RM at my AFCO wants an informal interview with me and thinks that I should go down with the rest of some guys on the 17th or 25th.

Norwich, I'm dreading what my train ticket looks like I've got to go inland before I go south and that's about 70/100 miles so I recon it's going to be one hell of a journey. Even worse from Glasgow though I should imagine *text deleted*. That's *text deleted* be about 9 hours hasn't it?

Yeah training hard, never had to wash my running gear so much, I sweat alot now I push myself harder *text deleted*. Reality hits home when you've got 31 days to go!

you concentrating on?

Well done mate! trainings going well, I've been doing alot of cycling and running, and upper body work, what about yourself?

Aye going good here too mate. Just trying to keep my running up to scratch.
Have found bouldering (rock climbing) has done wonders for my upper body
strength the last few months also. Just hoping i dont hit injury of any sort
over the next 5 weeks! Keep up the good work lads!
