Who's been Ill then?

Im still recovering after catching that horrible sickness thats floatng about at the moment :?

Who else has had it and how long did it take to get rid of it?Ive read it only lasts 24-48 hours but ive felt ropey for nearly a week now-not good!,Plus my 8 week training plan is faling by the wayside until I shake this bug..only 6 weeks to go til PRMC

I know what you mean i got a cold about a week ago jesus i felt well light headed, and my ears was always dodgy(like they are when you go on a plane) horrible never went running felt like i'd die if i did went out though try and get fresh air but no cardio.

I've had it for about 3 weeks.

Starting to go now. Bad time for it to happen as i have my medical tomorrow.

I had a sinus infection + a nasty chest infection!! Thought it was a cold at 1st but it just got worse! Doc perscribed some strong Anti-Biotics so that went away pretty sharpish! 8) 8)

Messed up my training for a few days but back on track now! :twisted:

im i'll 2. its so annoying, under 3 weeks till my PRMC and im well nopt fit enough, so being ill just means more time off training but i'll just work on upper body till im better
