Hi guys

Have you been slacking off in your training lately ???

Missed a few workouts or didnt put %100 in ????

Then get off your arse and get out there running right now or do some phys!

Dont give yourself any excuses. oh its raining(you are in the UK wear a raincoat)
you dont feel like it. who cares. harden the *text deleted**text deleted* up and get out there.
dont have time BS!. make time get up 1/2 hour earlier goto bed 1/2 hour later.

It's okay.. Deep breaths.. IN.... AND OUT.... In.... AND OUT....

I'm actually resting because my dad is going to take me out running tomorrow and he thrashes hard because he's old skool army (9 months training including his junior leading. Compared to todays 'new skool' 14 weeks training). So I deserve some rest before getting run off my legs =P

Yeaaah! Resisting phys at the moment though. PRMC in 2 days!

Today, I have done an early morning jog to the sports centre, just short of 2 miles away, went into pool and done 15 lengths, jog back home, then a 12 mile cycle =D
So yea I think I pretty much have an excuse to rest =)

I've walked 3 miles today, and done 6 pull up in one go, thats my training for today! ha bull*text deleted**text deleted* is it *text deleted*
