Workout suggestions for homebound broken man

So I've torn my collateral ligament and I've been signed off work for 3 weeks as I need to drive for my job. (full pay anyway so why not)

I'm stuck at home with nothing to do except maybe watch Lost or Prison Break from the start.

Going cold turkey from phys already and there are only so many push-ups, sit-ups, pull ups I can do on a daily basis.

I have a decent set of weights (20kg Oly bar and about 130kg of plates ) bench, pull up bar etc which I haven't use since I started training for PRMC (the below date i can pretty much forget now)

So what would you phys junkies do workout-wise if you were in my situation?
