I'm not a Careers Adviser but I'll go out on a limb and suggest that context matters here.
A prescription for a verruca ointment is less significant than a fresh prescription for anti-psychotic meds.
If in doubt seek the advice of your CA.

No it was just for this cough ive had for a while now where ive been coughing up mucus for quite a few months now... So they prescribed me with nasal sprays and one of them contained steroids soo im just slightly worried. However they haven't said anything so i dont know whether i should be worried or not.

But since ive already passed my medical it shouldn't be a problem I'm guessing?

If someone's medical circumstances change after the medical examination there remains a liability to notify.

As stated, I'm not a CA and neither am I a medical professional. Rather than analysing the nasal spray's information sheet just give your CA a call and run it past him or her to set your mind at rest. :)

So would you say i should call my CA rather than just hope they dont see it?

You've been prescribed some meds for what might only be a seasonal illness. My suggestion that you speak to your CA is mainly for your own reassurance as you are clearly troubled by the matter. Careers Advisers are there to help. :)

Second what has been said. Ball is in your park now in terms of liability. I passed my medical and then got a prescription for a similar problem. Still need to notify my CA but did PRMC etc so it hasn't halted the process. I do need to tell my CA though.

Also think a fundamental commando value of integrity. Don’t mean to sound like a t*text deleted** but if there’s a change in circumstances or something that needs declaring then don’t wing it! It’s going to be nothing hopefully in your case but just be honest and declare it
