Wrist injury!!

Alright lads

So basically over the past week whenever I'm doing press ups my wrist is quite painful never had any problems with it before and I can still do press ups to the same standard just worried that if I keep going it might get worse. Just wondering if anyone's got any idea what might be wrong with it

It may be down to your wrist mobility because you aren’t used to having your hands flexed for extended periods of time.


Here’s some exercises you can try out to help improve. It may not be the case that you have poor mobility but give it a try and see if it improves
