So I broke my scaphoid about a year ago, from x rays after I got my cast off the doctor said it was ‘98% healed’.. whatever that means but it doesn’t give me any problems only it’s a little sore doing press ups and after a work out that involves a lot of pressure on the wrist it can be sore. Definitely not sore enough to stop me from passing pjft/prmc and beyond but was wondering is there any way to strengthen the wrist? I seen something about doing press ups on your knuckles for a while or even wrist straps? But don’t know if these are temporary measures to relieve pain or what.
