Wrist pain

Hi all

I tend to get a pain in my left wrist when doing push ups and sometimes lifting weights etc it tends to happen every now and then i tend to just ignore it but i think if I keep doing that I will make it worse in the long run.

Anyone know the best way to strenghen your wrists? Don't say *text deleted* I've tried that...

You can buy these wrist things that strengthen your wrists. Or what stacka said.

ive tried the 2 hand choke twice today and it dont help :(

Do you type on a computer a lot ?. Chances are you might do that or do a lot of video gaming , which can cause a lot of tension on the wrist tendons. Extreme cases are known as wrist tendonitis, or Carpal Tunnel. If you find you do , try to limit the time you do, and continue to do wrist strengthening exercises.

Doing pushups on your knuckles should strengthen your wrists. Make sure that you're resting on the front two knuckles, not the back, and you hold a tight fist.

Plus you look badass.
