Char sui style pork with rice and choi sum. Nowhere near as good as what I had in Singapore a few years back, but it’s not bad and it’s reasonably healthy...

One thing that was an absolute game changer for me was a rice cooker my partner gave me before she flew back home. It's all in Mandarin but I've figured most of it out and it made rice taste a thousand times better somehow

I’ve considered one, but always been dubious about not ending up with mush at the end, as well as making enough use of one to warrant it.

I feel quite hungry this morning so I am having 30gr protein, 45gr oats in 500 ml water and 74gr blueberries, 89 gr strawberries and 1 tablespoon of almond butter 1-2 hours before the planned morning workout.

Definitely Friday, lunch is tin of baked beans, boiled potatoes, green beans, broccoli and cabbage washed down with chlorella tabs

Filthy kebab later:D

12:00 30 gr protein and 75 gr vitargo
14:30 usual breakfast special
21:00 same as yesterday with extra sweet potatoes
Made (well I was watching while she was making it) some vegan banoffee pie with my friend but haven’t had any yet.

Protein and oat shake at 2ish. “Breakfast” at 18:00 and finally munching on a mushroom cheese pizza (no ham :( ).

Spinach and ricotta pizza with extra mushrooms and mozzarella. Tzatziki and nachos cheese dip for dipping.

When I woke up at 15:00, I made myself a breakfast of about 25 chicken nuggets from the freezer, and now I've just had a BBQ Beef flavour super noodles for a nice light meal.

Might have a pack of Uncle Ben's rice for dinner.

The Galley was great up and till week 5 and the contractor changed and then suddenly it was always been burgers

Beetroot burger wraps with greek salad. Cheap, quick, nutritious. Had a couple of KitKat Chunkies before and after as well.
