    ok thought it might be a good idea to make a thread where everyone basically posts their last run/workout/ whatever :)

    Il start:
    today I smashed back and biceps at the gym :) and enjoyed a good rest day cardio wise

    Early morning : PSP

    Morning to Afternoon : Mixture of Heavy compound lifts/drags and short sprints

    Afternoon : roughly 6 miles, at 7/7.30 min mile pace with 2 x 15 min hill sprints (one on a short steep grass hill, one on a long mid gradient mud/gravel hill with a stream to sit in at the bottom) and a few sets of bear and commando crawls. Sprint last mile (sub 6mins).

    I hurt.

    4 x 400 sprints 1.11 average speed of 400m
    1.5 return straight after 9.48

    Lifting at work all day as well if that counts haha

    5×1200 meters with 2 minutes rest between each run.

    A mile run about an hour ago (had to throw my running trainers out because they were ripped to shreds, ended up putting on some old trainers and now my ankle is sore haha)

    Circuit tonight.
    Press ups
    Sit ups
    Pull ups
    Crunches
    Mountain climbers
    Half sits

    Did a quick 1.7 mile run up hill last night in the rain wearing shorts and a t shirt. Don't think I'll be doing that again :eek:

    I need to up my training regime but I think I've done something to my hip flexor >.<

    TRX Gladiator Circuit this morning with atomic pressups, jumps squats etc.

    BRICK tonight. 15min bike, 15min dreadmill, 10min bike and 10min dreadmill. No rest between.

    Followed by a nice hot tub!

    Yesterday's training session was hill sprints for 25 minutes, I run a little circuit up hill for 200 meters and around the back on the road and sprinted for 200 meters down a slight gradient and I get back to the bottom of the hill and do reps after reps aha. Did this 8 times. :)

    you sprant up hill, then sprant down hill and repeated 8 times with no rest ? :O how *text deleted*!

    I did stop for 20/30 secs to get some water and rest. Aha.

    fair enough :) what was the incline like on the hill pal? id give it a shot, but the hill I use is very steep so I cant imagine sprinting down been too easy haha

    It's steep not sure what percent it is though maybe 20 or so. Rested every 3rd time round. I didn't run down the hill I ran up, the road goes around the back then a slight downhill then I turn left to sprint 200 meters downhill it's only a shallow gradient but the speed you go! Feels like your running at 4 minute mile pace! Aha.

    Just got back from today's run ! *text deleted* nike+
    just checked the route over on Mapmyrun and it ends up as 11.2 miles not 13.4 *text deleted*.
    that makes more sense since there was some massive long hills in them, and there was no way my pace was fast up them *text deleted*. average at 8:35 per mile :)
