you sprant up hill, then sprant down hill and repeated 8 times with no rest ? :O how *text deleted*!Yesterday's training session was hill sprints for 25 minutes, I run a little circuit up hill for 200 meters and around the back on the road and sprinted for 200 meters down a slight gradient and I get back to the bottom of the hill and do reps after reps aha. Did this 8 times.
It's steep not sure what percent it is though maybe 20 or so. Rested every 3rd time round. I didn't run down the hill I ran up, the road goes around the back then a slight downhill then I turn left to sprint 200 meters downhill it's only a shallow gradient but the speed you go! Feels like your running at 4 minute mile pace! Aha.fair enough what was the incline like on the hill pal? id give it a shot, but the hill I use is very steep so I cant imagine sprinting down been too easy haha
