    Ladder circuit for time

    Complete 1 press up followed by 1 sit up then 1 Kettlebell swing. Ladder up to 15.
    Completed in 21:57. Aiming to work my way up to 20.

    Three sets of Pull up ladder: 1,2,3,4,3,2,1.

    Trying to keep rest periods between 15-30 seconds between reps, with 2-3 minutes rest between sets.

    Works out at 120 reps per exercise for the press ups/sit ups/Kb swings and 48 for pull ups.

    RM training tool with Gainers to warm up
    Circuit-
    Press ups 20,25,20
    Knees to chest 15,20,15
    Squats 20,25,20
    Pull ups 4,6.4
    Alt elbow to knee 30,40,30
    Lunges 20,30,20
    Chin ups 5,7,5
    Leg raises 15,20,15
    Hamstring bridges 20,25,20

    Might stop posting on this thread, bit weird just me posting on ito_O

    Small one today, starting my self made programme tomorrow so just did-
    5-3-2-3-5 Pull ups
    4x25 Press ups
    4x1 Minute planks

    Doing hill sprints and leg circuit tomorrow!

    I’m back:D

    2km in arouns 9:30, 10 hill sprints (hill was not good enough however I did forget how it feels to run after hill sprints) 2km back in like 11/12 minutes not entirely sure!

    Was going to do a leg circuit but to be honest my hammys aren’t enjoying themselves! Shows how much ground I’ve got to gain still! I shall get there!:)

    Stretch it out, foam roll, plenty of water and carbs and you’ll be good to go for tomorrow

    50 pull ups in as few sets as possible
    100 dips in as few sets as possible

    Then,
    2 miles of 1 minute running 30 secs sprint

    Done much the same workout today except I had to do my ‘warm up’ 1.5mile in 09:30 and all my intervals stayed at 1:20 thereafter... it’s amazing the effect of having others training around you has- have to try out do everyone! :D-vomit-

    Well seeing as I have fans :cool::D

    AM-
    10 press ups hold press ups position for 10 seconds, 9 press ups hold press up position for 9 seconds all way down to 1 (55 Reps in total, but hard-nailbiting-)
    4x1 Minute planks
    Pull up pyramid- 1,2,3,4,3,2,1 (blame the bar)
    Then just grabbed my DBs as had banged out some curls and shrugs (15kg DBs).

    4 miler! Beat my previous time! Came in at 29:23! Going for sub 29 next time:eek:

    Yesterday's circuit.

    Press ups: 15,20,15
    Sit ups: 15,20,15
    Chin ups: 5,6,5
    400m Run (1:30 pace)
    Press ups: 15,15,15
    Leg raises: 12,15,12
    Pull ups: 4,5,4
    Squats: 15,20,15

    2-3 minutes rest.

    8.5 Mile Run (60 minutes, treadmill 2%incline) 10 min walk home
    6×30 Press-Ups (alternating between diamond, regular and wide grip)
    4×50 Sit-Ups
    4×12 Pull-Ups
    4×12 Chin-Ups
    1.5 min rest between sets
    3 min rest between exercises

    Yup I know how you feel about them press ups! I usually do 10 to 1 and back to 10! You should try

    Ermmmmmmm o_O haha, I will give it a go once I build my press up strength! Hat off to you ya beast!

    I like it. Move the 400m sprint to the end of all the exercises and repeat it 3/4 times;)

    I had it at the end to start with but thought I'd put it in the middle to mix things up a bit.

    Just getting back up to speed after almost a month off so I've played around with my circuits.

    Not posted in a while but since it’s active again I’ll share a brutal training session I did with a para mate of mine earlier this morning.

    10 x 500m Row
    After each set, 10 Sled pushes x 100kg
    3 sets Battle ropes - 2 mins
    Box jumps 26”
    Fireman Carries supersetted with shuttle runs after each carry.
    And then a not so lovely 5 mile run straight after

    Safe to say it wasn’t enjoyable at all.

    Sounds perfect conditioning for Thursday of PRMC mate (if that’s what you’re going for!)
