Ladder circuit for time Complete 1 press up followed by 1 sit up then 1 Kettlebell swing. Ladder up to 15. Completed in 21:57. Aiming to work my way up to 20. Three sets of Pull up ladder: 1,2,3,4,3,2,1. Trying to keep rest periods between 15-30 seconds between reps, with 2-3 minutes rest between sets. Works out at 120 reps per exercise for the press ups/sit ups/Kb swings and 48 for pull ups.
