    Even the 10 year olds would lap me. I'm like a turtle, I can swim for a long time but I'm really slow.

    Decreasing the number by 1 each round, 10 rounds of;
    RM press ups
    Pull ups
    Clean and jerk

    Then

    50 burpees

    Then

    5 rounds of 20 cal row, 10 RM press ups and 10 KB swings

    Rough. (for me anyway! sure there's plenty of blokes who would piss this)

    Did my first BFT in about 3 years today.
    Out was 12:28
    Return was 10:22.

    Not happy with it given the times I used to get, but it's a great baseline for me to work from. (I'm also 10kg heavier!)

    16 pull ups (As few sets as possible) 7/6/3
