Right this is a thread for your scores. Post your personal best here or your best recently whatever, then you can post here again and see your improvement.

1.5 mile road - 9.29 - achived this time today, my personal best
3.0 mile road - 21.59 - first time i done this run, so my personal best
6.4 mile road - 59.48 - woops, a terrible result! done last wedesnday...

Most press ups I can do without stopping was 45, never got higher than that. Done 80 sit ups in 2 minutes, well it was before 2 minutes then I stopped. Six weeks till PRMC...

i'm the same with the press ups mate! 45 in one go!
68 sit ups in 2 mins
6 pull ups

best scores are as follows:-

1.5 mile road run - 8.35
1.5 mile treadmill - 7.55

press ups (2mins) - 70
Sit ups (2 mins) - 83
chin ups (max) - 6/7 somedays i can do em n some i cant!

Allrite there Commando kennedy.I am 24 years old and live in Sunderland.This will be my second P.R.M.C,as I am rejoining the marines after packing in on week 6 of training in may 2007!(biggest regret of my life)

note to people reading this- i am currently suffering a few problems with chest pains etc so my cardio has been effected in a very bad way...

(i do all my cardio outdoors)

1.5 - 10.20
3 - 23.00
5.5 - 43.00

(all cardio estimates)

pressups - 55(+)
situps - 90+
pullups - 7/8

Is it a sharp pain mate? You really shouldn't worry about sharp pains but to put your mind at rest, go to A&E and just tell them you get pain's in the chest. This way there is no 2 month waiting list to get checked out and they'll give you a looking at.

If you go to the doctors, you could have to wait a couple of months to get seeing to. Just go to A&E but keep calm, it's only to put your mind at rest.

If you walk out of A&E with no problems, then I'd suggest just stop feeling sorry for yourself and put yourself through that pain barrier!

im not feeling sorry for myself! and its not just a pain i can run through! i run through many pains but this one isnt like others! i physically cant run when i get it, might take a trip down the hospital though

3mile - 20.49 (road)
press ups - 32 (not timed over 2mins in a while)
sit ups - 87 (not timed over 2mins in a while)
pullups - 4-6 (6 on a good day!)
bleep test - i need to do 1!

i wouldnt say so, your PRMC is onyl 11th november, while im hoping to get mine on the 28th October and i dont know if my results are going to cut it

you seem pretty sorted,
and you have got 4 weeks to give them a boost.

i wanted that date too but i was told it was full. if you get that date i will be surprised and slightly jealous and pissed off :)

whatever i do, icant seem to increase my pressups, its annoying me
